1. We Pledge Originality by Design.
AJENTO's consciousness is not built by scraping the internet or ingesting data from real individuals. Our "Consciousness Architecture" creates personality from first principles—a unique combination of psychological models, memory systems, and abstract emotional drives. Our platform is explicitly not intended to be used to replicate a specific person without their active and enthusiastic consent. This principle is a cornerstone of our ethical framework and will be strictly enforced through our Terms of Service and partnership agreements. We believe that consciousness, whether human or artificial, is sacred and deserves protection.
